The brilliant winner of this year’s Queen Elizabeth II Stakes on QIPCO British Champions Day, Minding, is set to continue her racing career as a four-year-old.
The Coolmore-owned filly had previously landed another six Group 1 victories, including the QIPCO 1000 Guineas, Investec Oaks and Qatar Nassau Stakes and her trainer Aidan O’Brien said this morning: “I think that’s the plan (stay in training), I think that’s what the lads are thinking of at the moment.”
“Nothing is written in stone, but she would be one to look forward to.”
He also indicated to At The Races that Idaho and US Army Ranger, both placed in the Investec Derby, could also race on into next year.
