It’s official. Frankel’s finest race to date was his scintillating win in the 2011 QIPCO 2,000 Guineas, according to a raft of fans who voted for their favourite contest on the site.

A ‘distance’ behind in second place was his victory in this year’s Juddmonte International Stakes where he proved he had speed and stamina to match when brushing aside Farhh and St Nicholas Abbey. The third most popular victory was his win in the Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot in 2012, where he demolished the field, including Excelebration, winning by an impressive 11 lengths.

Frankel’s Finest Four Finishes:

1.         QIPCO 2000 Guineas, Newmarket, 2011 – 47% of the vote

2.         Juddmonte International Stakes, York, 2012 – 23% of the vote

3.         Queen Anne Stakes, Royal Ascot, 2012 – 14% of the vote

4.         Juddmonte Royal Lodge Stakes, Ascot, 2010 – 3% of the vote

However, this could all be academic on Saturday if Frankel wins the QIPCO Champions Stakes with huge authority, maintaining his unbeaten record and becomes the highest ever rated racehorse in the world.
