Quadrilateral stands out in Coronation line-up

A select field of 11 have been entered to take on this Saturday’s Coronation Stakes – the feature Fillies race at the Royal meeting.

Quadrilateral is the first name on the entry sheet to jump out. She was previously unbeaten before running with credit to finish third in the QIPCO 1000 Guineas. Her two-year-old campaign was incredibly impressive, including a Group 1 win in the Fillies’ Mile and this could be the perfect opportunity to get her back to the winners’ enclosure.

Another headline entry in the one-mile contest is the Tattersalls Irish 1000 Guineas winner, Peaceful. She won that race very impressively only a few days ago but connections have not been put off by the short turnaround between races. Aidan O’Brien last completed that double before in 2017 with the classy filly, Winter.

One runner that is sure to capture a lot of attention is the American runner, Sharing, with connections sending out positive vibes on how they consider her chances over this side of the Atlantic. Regular Qatar Racing Ltd Jockey, and QIPCO British Champions Series ambassador, Oisin Murphy will take the ride on what looks a fascinating contender.

This race is another that Aidan O’Brien has customarily targeted over the years and he enters three more into the race as well as Peaceful; Elfin Queen, Love Locket and So Wonderful.

A thrilling race on what looks to be an epic Saturday card.
