British Champions Series star Brown Panther will bid to become the first horse since Kayf Tara in 2000 to complete the Betway Yorkshire Cup and Gold Cup at Royal Ascot double after his name starred in the 6 declarations for the Knavesmire contest.

The seven-year-old, who has been assigned the Royal meeting feature race as his main target for the season, heads a strong line-up that includes Ladbrokes St Leger third Snow Sky, the two-time British Classic-placed Romsdal and veteran stayer Times Up at York.

QIPCO British Champions Long Distance Cup runner-up Biographer, Ormonde Stakes winner Clever Cookie, Salut and Odeon were the 4 omitted from the entries list.
