Farhh put up a brilliant performance in the QIPCO Champion Stakes to hold off Cirrus des Aigles, who had won the Champion in 2011 and made Frankel work hard for victory last year, and the Investec Derby winner, Ruler of The World.

However, the handicappers’ top performance went to Olympic Glory, brilliant winner of the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes in which he left the likes of Dawn Approach and Maxios toiling in his wake.

He received a rating of 125 for that – the same as Dawn Approach’s QIPCO 2000 Guineas demolition job and just a pound behind that awesome QIPCO Sussex Stakes victory by his stablemate, Toronado, who heads the Mile division ratings on 126.

Olympic Glory now heads for the Breeders’ Cup Mile in Santa Anita next Saturday where he will have to square up to the world’s top miler now that Frankel has retired, USA star Wise Dan.

Farhh was awarded 124 for his QIPCO Champion Stakes triumph, with Cirrus des Aigles on 123 and Ruler of The World on 122.

That means that Cirrus des Aigles ran eight pounds below his performance last year when he made Frankel pull out all the stops to win Europe’s richest ten furlong race.

Sldae Power matched his Darley July Cup third with his victory in the Sprint on a rating of 115, in the Long Distance Cup Royal Diamond registered 114, while in the Fillies & Mares Seal Of Approval was awarded an impressive 116 to put her in fourth place in the overall Fillies & Mares table, behind only The Fugue, Sky Lantern and Elusive Kate.
