King George stardom awaits for Golden Horn

Golden Horn will bid to become the first horse ever to win the Dante Stakes, Investec Derby, Coral-Eclipse and King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes in the same season after he was declared for Ascot’s showpiece this Saturday.

John Gosden’s stable star, who is unbeaten so far in his career, has risen to prominence following a stunning campaign in the QIPCO British Champions Series and will line up alongside 9 rivals for the middle distance feature contest.

Stable mates Eagle Top and Romsdal have been declared alongside the Sir Michael Stoute-trained Royal Ascot winner Snow Sky and Series regular Flintshire.

Luca Cumani’s Postponed, to be ridden by Andrea Atzeni, and QIPCO British Champions Day winner Madame Chiang also feature among the star-studded line up.
