Connections have supplemented Simple Verse for this Saturday’s Ladbrokes St Leger after the Ralph Beckett-trained filly was entered alongside 7 other contenders for the final British Classic at Doncaster.

Simple Verse will line up against ante post favourite Order of St George and Investec Derby third Storm The Stars among the entries that are dominated by Irish trainer Aidan O’Brien.

The Ballydoyle master is responsible for half of the horses for the Town Moor Classic. French raider Vengeur Masque is also a notable entry.
