Five winners of QIPCO British Champions Series races are expected to be in action over the coming days. Here is where and when you will be able to see them.

Order Of St George
(7.05 Leopardstown this evening)
Last year’s Gold Cup winner continues his build-up to his defence at Royal Ascot next month with a run in the Listed Beg Stakes.

The Aidan O’Brien-trained five-year-old used the 1m6f Listed contest as a stepping stone to glory at the royal meeting last year and will be odds-on to get back to winning ways. Twilight Payment, also entered in the Gold Cup, rates a serious rival.

Quiet Reflection and Goldream
(4.05 Haydock on Saturday)

Sprint stars Quiet Reflection and Goldream cross swords in the Group Two Armstrong Aggregates Temple Stakes over 5f.

Quiet Reflection won two Series races last year – the Commonwealth Cup and 32 Red Sprint Cup – although those triumphs were achieved over 6f.

Goldream landed the 2015 King’s Stand Stakes and, no doubt, again has that Royal Ascot race on his agenda.

Churchill
(4.10 Curragh on Saturday)

The brilliant QIPCO 2000 Guineas winner is a general 1-3 to follow up in the Irish equivalent, sponsored by Tattersalls.

His five rivals include two stablemates who finished behind him at Newmarket – Lancaster Bomber and Spirit Of Valor. The St James’s Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot next month could follow if all goes to plan.

Winter
(3.25 Curragh on Sunday)

After winning the QIPCO 1000 Guineas at Newmarket in fine style, many will expect Winter to double up in the Irish equivalent on Sunday.

Some observers believed Rhododendron, her stablemate, might have won at Newmarket had the race panned out differently but there is no rematch as she is heading for the Investec Oaks a week today.
